What a spectacular necklace!  The metals used are sterling silver and 18K gold vermeil (gold over sterling silver).  The stones are just marvelous....A gorgeous baroque pearl, very unusual turquoise, amethyst and a smoky topaz.  The lines are so feminine and flowing.  Also, notice the  smart necklace chain of sterling loops.
